MINSK, 2 March (BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated Belarusian tennis player Aryna Sabalenka on her triumph at the 2020 Qatar Total Open in Doha, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
“I congratulate you on your first WTA trophy this season. Your great performance in Doha is a combination of your competitive character and the strength of spirit. Your impressive victory made all Belarusian fans really happy,” the message of greetings says.
“We are waiting for new big victories. We believe in you!” the head of state said.
