Belarusian journalists commended by president

MINSK, 9 January (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has signed an order to issue commendation to a number of mass media professionals for their outstanding professionalism and significant personal contribution to the implementation of the state information policy, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

Among the commendation recipients are deputy head of the political news section of the Broadcasting Directorate of the TV news agency of the Belarusian State Television and Radio Company Natalia Golub, deputy director for information at Stolichnoye Televidenie TV channel Irina Martyanova, Editor-in-Chief of the Znamya Yunosti newspaper Nikolai Machekin.

The commendation will also be awarded to head of the information and analysis department of the National Press Center of Belarus Ivan Lovets and producer general at the general production center of the Belarusian State Television and Radio Company Gleb Shulman.
