MINSK, 30 September (BelTA) – Belarus and China demonstrate loyalty and sincerity that have stood the test of time and history, Belarusian First Deputy Prime Minister Nikolai Snopkov said at an official event to celebrate the 76th anniversary of the People’s Republic of China foundation on 29 September, BelTA has learned.
“Under the leadership of President Aleksandr Lukashenko of Belarus and President Xi Jinping of China, our countries stand firmly shoulder to shoulder, demonstrating loyalty and sincerity proven by time and history,” Nikolai Snopkov emphasized.
He also noted: “Our ‘iron brotherhood’ is an union of tradition and progress, dynamism and harmony, aimed at building a fair world and a community of shared destiny for mankind.”
Nikolai Snopkov pointed out that the Pujiang Innovation Forum in Shanghai recently concluded the Year of Belarus-China Cooperation in Science, Technology, and Innovation. This was immediately followed by the announcement of a new two-year theme: the Year of Industrial Cooperation.
“I can say with confidence that the implementation of all planned initiatives, our boldest ideas and directions, will in the near future completely transform the economic profile of modern Belarus,” he added.
Nikolai Snopkov wished prosperity and new achievements to the People’s Republic of China and peace, happiness, and well‑being to its people.
