MINSK, 29 May (BelTA) – Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergei Aleinik emphasized the mutual interest of Belarus and Hungary in strengthening cooperation during his talks with Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary Péter Szijjártó in Minsk on 29 May, BelTA has learned.
According to Sergei Aleinik, the agenda of the talks includes bilateral cooperation and the situation in the region.
The current meeting, the minister stressed, “confirms the mutual interest of Belarus and Hungary in strengthening cooperation. This fact, according to him, takes on special significance amid the recent developments in the region.
According to the Belarusian minister of foreign affairs, the relations between the two countries have been developing progressively in all areas. The two countries are expanding interstate interaction, business as well as people-to-people contacts.
