MINSK, 1 December (BelTA) - Istanbul played host to a working meeting between State Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Volfovich and Deputy Secretary General of the National Security Council of Türkiye Mustafa Samanci on 30 November, BelTA learned from the Belarusian embassy in Türkiye.
In a traditionally friendly manner, the parties discussed relevant bilateral issues, as well as the military-political situation in the region and in the world. Particular attention was paid to developing cooperation between the secretariats of the security councils of Belarus and Türkiye.
The negotiations resulted in agreements on further contacts.
