MINSK, 8 August (BelTA) - Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Maksim Ryzhenkov met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Belarus Boris Gryzlov in Minsk on 8 August, BelTA has learned from the Foreign Affairs Ministry.
During the meeting, the parties discussed topical issues of Belarusian-Russian cooperation. The minister informed the Russian ambassador about Belarus' planned participation in the Eastern Economic Forum, which will be held in Russia's Primorye Territory in September.
Special consideration was given to the preparation of the draft agreement between Belarus and Russia on security guarantees to be signed this year.
