MINSK, 8 December (BelTA) – Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to Belarus Askar Beisenbayev on 8 December, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
“The parties exchanged information within the current agenda of Belarusian-Kazakhstani relations and discussed the state and prospects of cooperation for the near future,” the ministry said.
The parties also talked about the implementation of bilateral contacts at the highest level.
Belarus and Kazakhstan maintain an active dialogue. The two countries exchange visits at the highest level on a regular basis. The presidents and prime ministers of Belarus and Kazakhstan hold regular meetings, including within the CIS, CSTO and Eurasian integration.
