MINSK, 20 October (BelTA) – Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of India Alok Ranjan Jha on 20 October, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
“The parties exchanged views on the development of bilateral political dialogue and intensification of contacts at the supreme and highest levels between Belarus and India. The parties paid special attention to the state and prospects of trade and economic cooperation,” the ministry said.
The minister and the ambassador also discussed the pandemic situation in both countries and stressed the need for mutual exchange of the best practices in combating COVID-19.
