How can summer be both fun and productive? Spending time with friends, discovering new things, gaining unforgettable experiences, and even earning your first paycheck - this is what students in various school camps are enjoying. Nearly 24,000 children in Gomel Oblast are participating in these camps. For example, at the Klimovka Secondary School’s recreation camp, students are engaged in two programs: Youth Work and Leisure Camp, where older students help at a dairy farm, assisting with landscaping and animal care; and Local Historians Camp, where younger students explore historical landmarks, go on excursions, and take part in cycling tours to significant sites in the district.
