On 30 October, at the initiative of the State Secretariat of the Security Council of Belarus and the Belarusian Institute for Strategic Research, the National Library of Belarus played host to the international conference “The Concept of Security of the Union State in the Context of Global Geopolitical Transformation”. The event was attended by representatives of the State Secretariat of the Security Council of Belarus, the Security Council of Russia, the Standing Committee of the Belarus-Russia Union State, the Russian Embassy in Belarus, Belarusian and Russian experts and analysts.
