Meeting to discuss Belarus-Libya cooperation Belarus is keen to develop cooperation with Libya in agriculture, manufacturing industry, and healthcare, Belarusian Prime Minister Aleksandr Turchin said during a meeting with a Libyan government delegation led by Prime Minister of Libya (Government of National Stability) Dr. Osama Hamad.
