Artur Lipnitsky, an anesthesiologist-resuscitator, Head of the Organ and Tissue Transplantation Coordination Department at Mogilev Regional Clinical Hospital, PhD, and Associate Professor, is a recipient of the Presidential Healthcare Grant. The grant was awarded for the development and clinical implementation of a novel method to diagnose and correct macro- and microelement imbalances during the medical management of potential organ and tissue donors. This innovation is expected to significantly improve the success rate of transplants from deceased donors and enhance the quality of life for recipients.
