The Rosa Luxemburg border outpost has been opened after renovations. It is located in Yelsk District on the border with Ukraine. The outpost first began operating on the state border with Ukraine over 10 years ago, in July 2014. Throughout this period, until the reconstruction began in April 2024, the outpost was stationed in a repurposed school building. Now, a fully equipped complex has been established here for border guards to effectively carry out the tasks assigned by the state.
