Belarus-Vietnam summit talks in Minsk The main goal in cooperation between Belarus and Vietnam is to intensify interaction in the economic sector, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko said at the talks with General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam To Lam in Minsk on 12 May.
