On 23 February, Qatar hosted a ceremony of signing a memorandum of understanding between the State Committee for Standardization of Belarus and the Qatar General Organization for Standardization and a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in youth affairs between the Government of Belarus and the Government of Qatar.
On behalf of Belarus the documents were signed by First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergei Lukashevich as part of the visit of Belarusian Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko to Qatar
