Belarus and the Russian state nuclear industry corporation Rosatom are cooperating across a wide range of areas and intend to continue this interaction, Belarusian Prime Minister Aleksandr Turchin said during a meeting with Rosatom Director General Alexey Likhachev. Aleksandr Turchin expressed gratitude to Alexey Likhachev for his personal involvement in the construction of Belarus’ first nuclear power plant and his support in implementing this large-scale national project. On behalf of the Belarusian president, the premier presented Alexey Likhachev with the Order of Honor.
