Belarus’ Healthcare Ministry and the Ministry of Health of the Sultanate of Oman concluded the Memorandum of Understanding. The document was signed by Belarus’ Healthcare Minister Aleksandr Khodzhayev and Omani Minister of Health Hilal bin Ali Al Sabti. In the run-up to this event the parties held a number of negotiations and consultations, explored opportunities and discussed prospects for the development of bilateral relations.
