Belarus’ Prime Minister Aleksandr Turchin visited the Pozsnab plant in Borisov. Pozsnab is a producer of fire and rescue equipment: fire tank trucks, specialized fire engines, fire ladders, articulated lifts, and foam lifts. Aleksandr Turchin took a keen interest in preparations for full-scale testing and the development of a compact chassis as a special vehicle for the needs of Belarus’ Emergencies Ministry. As for the company’s new developments, the topic of fire ladders has advanced further following the production of a unique 52-meter model. A second line of work at Pozsnab involves applying solutions developed jointly with MAZ to produce fire and rescue vehicles on MAZ chassis with extended service life. In 2025, the production grew by about 17% year-on-year, while the company’s revenue increased by roughly 35%. The Pozsnab product line saw a sharp rise in more complex equipment: mobile hospitals and command posts.
