The relations between Belarus and China are on an upward trajectory, despite the global turbulence and all the difficulties, Belarusian First Deputy Prime Minister Nikolai Snopkov said during a meeting with Vice Premier of the State Council of China Liu Guozhong in Minsk on 21 May.
