MINSK, 23 October (BelTA) – The United States has prolonged the suspension of sanctions against nine Belarusian companies, BelTA learned from the website of the United States Department of the Treasury.
The United States Department of the Treasury has extended the permit to conduct transactions with the companies that were blocked pursuant to U.S. President's Executive Order No.13405. These are Belarusian Oil Trade House, Belneftekhim, Belneftekhim USA, Inc., OAO Belshina, OAO Grodno Azot, OAO Grodno Khimvolokno, OAO Lakokraska, OAO Naftan, OAO Polotsk Steklovolokno.
The authorization shall expire on 26 April 2021.
