MINSK, 22 March (BelTA) – The multifunctional complex Gazprom center will be built in Minsk by the end of 2020. The previously mentioned timeframe has not been revised, BelTA learned from OAO Gazprom Transgaz Belarus Director General Vladimir Mayorov on 22 March.
According to the source, Gazprom Center is being built and will be commissioned in December 2020. Vladimir Mayorov explained that the project had run into geological complications. “We are now working to reinforce the pile substructure in order to be able to build a reliable primary high-rise building,” he said.
The Italian company Codest is the general contractor for building Gazprom Center. OAO Gazprom Transgaz Belarus is the investor and the customer of the civil engineering project. The construction process began in 2015.
