MINSK, 4 June (BelTA) – Minsk Tractor Plant (MTZ trademark) and India's Erisha Agritech Private Limited have signed an agreement on cooperation, BelTA learned from the Telegram channel of the Belarusian company.
The document stipulates that the Indian partner will purchase at least 200 BELARUS tractors before the end of 2021. The parties are set to organize the localization and assembly of tractors under the joint brand DARSH BELARUS in India.
After the assessment of the results achieved in 2021, plans are in place to consider the prospects for tractor supplies to third countries - Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal.
The agreement was signed on the sidelines of the 31st international specialized exhibition Belagro 2021.
