Vladimir Sizov said: “It is too early to talk about the scale of the damage caused by substandard oil. Many things are hard to see for now because the equipment is sealed off. It will be possible to evaluate the internal condition of reactors and pipes only after a major overhaul.”

The independent experts and specialists of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry are now recording all the parameters of the situation from the legal point of view in order to provide the texture for a summarized inspection later on.
