MINSK, 10 November (BelTA) – Products of companies affiliated with the Belarusian state light industry concern Bellegprom have been promoted at a business forum in China's Shanghai, BelTA learned from the Consulate General of Belarus in Shanghai.
“The 3rd China International Import Expo in Shanghai featured a business forum of the Belt and Road member states on 9 November. The forum focused on optimization of direct supplies of light industry products to China. At the event, Belarus Consul General in Shanghai Andrei Andreyev made a presentation of products of Belarusian companies affiliated with the Bellegprom concern,” the consulate noted.
The Belarusian representatives and Chinese importers discussed prospects for increasing supplies of Belarusian textile products to the Chinese market. Chinese consumers have shown interest in high-quality and exclusive goods: outerwear, items from natural linen, and leather goods.
