MINSK, 22 March (BelTA) – Belarus is working out its stance on the proposals of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) regarding the integration promotion strategy in the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) for the period till 2025, the press service of the Economy Ministry told BelTA.
Following the session of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council that took place in Saint Petersburg on 6 December 2018, the Eurasian Economic Commission jointly with the EAEU member states embarked on developing the integration promotion strategy in the Eurasian Economic Union for the period till 2025.
“By now the materials prepared by the EEC departments were sent to the corresponding agencies of the member states. As far as we know, the member states, including Belarus, have not yet presented their stance on these proposals. Our country is still collecting and processing remarks and proposals from interested government agencies,” the press service informed.
