MINSK, 10 October (BelTA) – The EU road carriers will be able to get a permit to transport goods through the territory of Belarus starting from 10 October, BelTA learned from the Ministry of Transport and Communications.
“Starting from 10 October, road carrier registered in the European Union member states will be able to obtain a permit for international road freight transportation through the territory of Belarus. Permits will be issued by the Transport Inspectorate,” the ministry informed.
To do this, one needs to download, fill out and send an application by e-mail to the Transport Inspectorate, log in to a personal account in the Dazvol system using the login and password that were sent, prepare an invoice for the desired number of permits and pay for the order using the specified banking details. A permit costs 15 base amounts or Br480. To finalize the procedure, it is necessary to visit one of offices of the Transport Inspectorate in Minsk and oblast capitals.
The Ministry of Transport and Communications urges road carriers planning to apply for these permits to strictly comply with the Council of Ministers' Resolution No. 247 ”On the movement of vehicles” issued on 22 April 2022.
