MINSK, 9 July (BelTA) - The talks over the supply of apples and pears from Belarus to Russia have been postponed to 12 July, BelTA learned from Rosselkhoznadzor's website.
“The talks between the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance of Russia (Rosselkhoznadzor) and the Main State Inspectorate for Seed Production, Quarantine and Plant Protection of Belarus has been postponed to 12 July,” the Russian agency informed.
As it was reported earlier, the parties are set to consider a system of phytosanitary certification of Belarusian apples and pears, and the traceability of these products as they are supplied from Belarus to Russia.
Initially the talks were scheduled for 10 July.
