Belarus reduces export duties on oil, oil products

MINSK, 1 September (BelTA) – On 1 September 2022 Belarus reduced export duties on oil and oil products in line with the Council of Ministers' resolution No.567 of 30 August 2022, BelTA learned from the national legal internet portal.

In line with the resolution the size of the export duty on crude oil, furnace oil, oil bitumen, petrolatum, paraffin, and waste oils is now $52 per tonne ($53 previously). The export duty on straight-run gasoline is set at $28.6 per tonne ($29.1 previously). The size of the export duty on commercial gasoline, diesel fuel, light and middle distillates, benzene, toluene, xylene, lubricants makes up $15.6 per tonne (down from $15.9).

The resolution took effect on 1 September 2022.
