MINSK, 18 October (BelTA) - Removing obstacles in the domestic market of the Eurasian Economic Union EAEU is a sensitive issue for Belarus, Belarusian Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko said at a meeting in Minsk on 18 October ahead of the forthcoming Eurasian Intergovernmental Council summit, BelTA has learned.
According to the press service of the Belarusian government, the delegation led by Belarusian Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko is set to head for Yerevan on 20 October.
“Ahead of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council summit which is due in Armenia this time, we have met to clarify our position on the issues to be discussed at the summit. The agenda includes 22 issues: 9 will be discussed in a narrow format, and 13 - in an extended format. In other words, it is going to be a full agenda. We expect extensive discussion of the most difficult questions. One of the most sensitive issues for us is the removal of obstacles in the EAEU internal market,” said Roman Golovchenko.
