MINSK, 15 August (BelTA) – The Government of Belarus will conclude agreements with VTB Leasing and Rosagroleasing on the lease of Belarusian goods in the Russian Federation. The respective Council of Ministers' Decree No. 532 as of 13 August 2019 was officially published on the National Legal Internet Portal on 15 August, BelTA informs.
The Industry Ministry and the Finance Ministry were authorized to hold talks with the Russian companies and to sign the respective draft agreements.
Supplements to the leasing agreements will also be signed with Russian companies VEB-leasing, TransFin-M, and Europlan and Kazakhstan companies KomTransLeasing, KazAgroFinance and RailLeasing.
The Council of Ministers approved the draft agreement on the terms of providing loans for purchasing Belarusian goods in Russia as a basis for holding relevant talks. This draft agreement was drawn by the Government of Belarus and Bank Akcept. If this agreement is successfully reconciled with the Russian side, it will be signed by the Finance Ministry.
