MINSK, 31 December (BelTA) – The Belarusian government has passed a resolution on applying a special restrictive measure, the government’s press service told BelTA.
The resolution has extended the duration of the prohibition against importing and selling a number of goods originating from unfriendly countries in Belarus’ territory by two years (through 31 December 2027).
“The measure is designed to protect national interests amid the relentless pressure of sanctions on Belarus on the part of individual unfriendly countries,” the government’s press service noted.
