MINSK, 27 January (BelTA) – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Brazil Aleksandr Tserkovsky took part in a videoconference to discuss the development of Brazil's ore mining industry at the invitation from Goias Governor Ronaldo Caiado, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Embassy in Brazil.
The conference brought together high-ranking officials of the Brazilian Ministry of Mines and Energy, mayors of nine municipalities of the state of Goias, and representatives of regional agricultural and industrial associations of Brazil.
“The participants of the conference discussed interregional reactions and prospects for cooperation between Belarus and Brazil in geological exploration and the ore mining industry,” the embassy said.
