MINSK, 26 November (BelTA) – The Council of Ministers of Belarus has approved the draft agreement on cooperation in scientific research, technological development, and innovation with the Government of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria. The approval is formalized by Resolution No. 668 of 25 November 2025, which was published on the National Legal Internet Portal, BelTA reports.
According to the resolution, the State Committee on Science and Technology is authorized to conduct the final negotiations and to sign the agreement on behalf of Belarus. The committee is also permitted to incorporate non-fundamental amendments into the draft, should the need arise during the finalization process.
