Next round of talks on Ukraine in Minsk on 1 June

MINSK, 18 May (BelTA) – The next round of talks on resolving the conflict in Ukraine will take place in Minsk on 1 June, BelTA learned from Martin Sajdik, the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office's special representative in the trilateral contact group on Ukraine, on 18 May.

Martin Sajdik said that some positive results were achieved by the talks on 18 May. “I am pleased to tell you that the sides have agreed to support all efforts meant to improve living standards of orphan children and other children, who have been separated from their parents. Children very often suffer more than other people from various consequences of conflicts. The wellbeing of vulnerable children on both sides of the conflict line truly deserves the attention of all of us,” said the OSCE representative.
