The document was signed in a ceremony in Glubokoye, Vitebsk Oblast, as part of the Cherry Festival celebrations. The agreement was signed by Telavi Municipality Vice Mayor Giorgi Tushishvili and Chairman of the Glubokoye District Executive Committee Oleg Morkhat.
