MINSK, 12 May (BelTA) – A state commission for the monitoring of the organization of the enrollment campaign in the institutions of higher learning and colleges in 2017 has been established in Belarus. A corresponding Decree No. 156 “On the organization of the enrollment campaign in 2017” has been signed by Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
The commission included members of the government and the Council of the Republic, members of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus, heads of state administration bodies, representatives of public organizations and workers of regulatory bodies.
The commission will monitor the organization of centralized tests and other forms of admission trials, ensure equal conditions for all university and college applicants, take measures to prevent violations of the legislation regulating the enrollment campaign, monitor the coverage of the enrollment campaign in mass media.
