MINSK, 20 November (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has sent a letter of birthday greetings to Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Kirill, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
“Your selfless constructive service helps promote Christian values, instill high moral values in people. Your wisdom, diligence and an active stance are the foundation of your productive pastoral activities,” the felicitation message reads.
