MINSK, 10 May (BelTA) – Major-General Viktor Gulevich has been relieved of his duties as the Chief of the General Staff, First Deputy Defense Minister of Belarus. Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed relevant decree No.192 on 10 May, BelTA has learned.
Viktor Gulevich was dismissed from military service due to reaching the age of retirement. He retains the right to wear military uniform and insignia.
