PM: Companies eagerly join China-Belarus Industrial Park Great Stone

MINSK, 18 May (BelTA) - There are no problems with attracting resident companies to the Great Stone, Belarusian Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko said during a visit to the China-Belarus Industrial Park Great Stone, BelTA has learned.

The industrial park is multifunctional, Roman Golovchenko noted. It has companies working in information and communication, transport and manufacturing. "Since the park was founded, certain changes have taken place," he said. “Now the issues of import substitution and technological sovereignty are becoming more relevant than they were then. This is what I draw attention to when talking to the heads of resident companies."

Roman Golovchenko saw the new developments by the National Academy of Sciences and the Aviation Technologies and Complexes, a resident company of the park. The prime minister was shown agricultural drones and gyroplanes.

There is no need to push or encourage anyone, the head of government believes. "Companies eagerly join the park," Roman Golovchenko stressed.
