MINSK, 23 May (BelTA) – Belarus resolutely condemns a series of terrorist attacks, which were committed in Syria's coastal regions on 23 May and resulted in multiple innocent victims, the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs told BelTA.
“We are confident that the fight against terrorists, who know no moral principles or borders, must be continued. In Syria, which is at the forefront of the war on terrorism, efforts of the international community should be specifically concentrated and coordinated for the sake of ending the bloodshed as soon as possible and ensuring a political resolution,” stressed the press service.
The Belarusian side offered condolence to friends and families of the fallen and wished speedy recovery to the injured.
