Barysevich meets with ambassadors of Malaysia, Indonesia, Tunisia

MINSK, 30 September (BelTA) – On 29 September Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus Mikalai Barysevich received copies of credentials from Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Malaysia to Belarus concurrently Bala Chandran Tharman, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Indonesia to Belarus concurrently Jose Antonio Morato Tavares and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Tunisia to Belarus concurrently Tarek Ben Salem, BelTA learned from the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus.

During the meeting with the ambassador of Indonesia, the parties discussed the bilateral agenda, including plans to hold joint events and arrange visits, as well as ways to expand trade and economic cooperation.

Mikalai Barysevich and Bala Chandran Tharman discussed efforts to step up Belarus-Malaysia political dialogue, facilitation of bilateral contacts and interaction in international organizations.

The Belarusian deputy foreign minister and the ambassador of Tunisia exchanged views on prospects for political dialogue, trade and economic cooperation, as well as the bilateral legal framework.
