MINSK, 27 July (BelTA) – Minsk is hosting the international rhythmic gymnastics tournament Crystal Rose, BelTA has learned.
Alina Harnasko, the leader of the Belarusian national team, secured victory in the All-Around event with a total score of 120.150 points across four routines. Fellow Belarusian Anastasiia Salos took silver (118.800), while Russia’s Milena Shchenyatskaya rounded out the top three. Four more Belarusians made the top eight: Darya Verenich (4th), Anna Kamenshchikova (5th), Darya Tkacheva (6th), and Darya Grokhotova (7th).
In the Junior All-Around, Belarus’ Kira Babkevich triumphed with 104.770 points, joined on the podium by Russia’s Nicole Diaz and Karolina Tarasova. Among pre-juniors, Belarus’ Ksenia Bondarenko claimed gold, while Vera Konopatskaya earned bronze. Bondarenko also topped the hoop and ball finals.
In senior group exercises, the Belarusian national team comprising Polina Aleksandrova, Kiryana Shevtsova, Emilia Vechorko, Taisiya Yerchak, Valeria Malkovich, and Anna Shakun took first place. The second spot went to a team from the National Center of Olympic Training in Rhythmic Gymnastics. Russia’s Nebesnaya Gratsiya dominated among juniors, with Belarus securing silver and a team from the Dinamo Children’s and Youth Olympic Sports School taking bronze.
The Crystal Rose tournament has brought together nearly 400 gymnasts from 15 countries.
