MINSK, 26 October (BelTA) - Belarusian rhythmic gymnasts have won over a dozen medals at the Solo Cup in Dubai, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Gymnastics Association.
Alina Harnasko, the national team leader, won four gold medals in the all-around, hoop, ball, and ribbon exercises. Daria Grohotova placed third in the all-around, additionally earning two silver medals and one bronze in individual apparatus events. Darya Viarenich climbed the podium twice, while Darya Tkatcheva and Hanna Kamenshchykava each stood on the podium once.
Belarusian gymnasts Kira Babkevich, Arina Burdukova, Ksenia Bondarenko, and Vera Konopatskaya became medalists of the tournament in other age categories. The international tournament featured gymnasts from Italy, Russia, Romania, and Bulgaria.
