Sollertinsky music festival opens in Vitebsk

VITEBSK, 4 December (BelTA) –The 36th International Ivan Sollertinsky Music Festival opened in Vitebsk on 3 December. A regular guest at the event is the son of the renowned musicologist, Dmitry Sollertinsky. The opening day concert featured pianist Ilya Papoyan from St. Petersburg, a laureate of the 17th International Tchaikovsky Competition.
