MOSCOW, 7 September (BelTA) - Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission adopted a recommendation for the unhindered movement of citizens within the Eurasian Economic Union, official representative of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) Iya Malkina told the media on 7 September, BelTA has learned.
“For mutual recognition it is envisaged to use the COVID-19 vaccination certificates, approved in the states, either on paper or in electronic form using national information systems, including mobile applications,” said Iya Malkina.
“The adoption of the document is especially relevant given the unstable COVID-19 situation, which may require the resumption of previously canceled restrictions on border crossing,” the EEC official representative said.
