MINSK, 16 November (BelTA) – Bobruisk will stand out among the host cities of The Marathon of Unity campaign. We will launch many new things here, representative of the working group for the Marathon of Unity campaign, director of the Palace of the Republic Maksim Prikhodovsky told the media, BelTA learned.
The second day of the Marathon of Unity will feature various locations, open-air exhibitions and expositions, a city quest "This is the homeland of mine", a Meet-and-Greet with Director General of the National Library of Belarus Vadim Gigin, 21-time Paralympic champion Ihar Boki, Honored Artist of Belarus Ruslan Alekhno, radio host, editor-in-chief of Alpha Radio Vadim Shepet, a concert by the President Orchestra and much more.
The concert, which will take place in Bobruisk Arena, will wrap up the Saturday program. The concert will feature the Belarus President Orchestra (chief conductor Vitaly Kulbakov), Honored Artist of Belarus Ruslan Alekhno, Honored Artist of Belarus Alyona Lanskaya, Belarusy art group, Yuliya Bykova, Yevgeny Oleinik, the Aura band, singer and composer Vitaly Gordei. Creative groups from Minsk Oblast and Grodno Oblast will perform in Bobruisk.
According to Maksim Prikhodovsky, the campaign in Bobruisk will add on new colors. "Bobruisk will stand out because many things will happen here for the first time. For the first time the President Orchestra, an honored group of Belarus, will come here. The Marathon of Unity will involve even more enterprises," he said. "I invite all the citizens of Bobruisk to the holiday, which will be running in the city for two days."
