A day before the first tenants received the keys to the apartments in the Alexandria house of the Africa quarter and shared their impressions.

“A beautiful house in a comfortable neighborhood with beautiful landscaping. It's nice to enter it, it's nice to be here,” she shared her first impressions.
Marina does not live in Minsk and therefore when buying an apartment, she was looking for the best location. It is important for her to have easy access to the city center and other parts of the city. In this sense, Minsk World is a great option.
In addition, the developer offered favorable purchasing terms, therefore, Marina Zelenik never regretted the deal.
“It's great that the construction project is based on “a city within a city” principle. Everyone wants to spend time in the neighborhood where children and adults can do sports and have fun,” she emphasized.
Marina chose an apartment on the fourth floor. It can be easily reached by walking up the stairs. Yet, this is not necessary, because one can use high-speed and noiseless OTIS elevators.
The ground floor of the Alexandria house has apartments with separate entrances from the adjoining territory, a private terrace and own gate. In such housing, you can enjoy the privacy while living in the center of a big city.
The house has two entrances: one to the street and the parking lots, the other to the courtyard with playgrounds and a tennis court. From here you can easily reach a kindergarten with a swimming pool that is to be built in the Africa quarter. Schoolchildren will not have to walk far, either: two modern schools will be built in the neighboring quarters.
Alina and Vladislav Supriyanovich are happy about both the tennis court and the future kindergarten. They already imagine that they will watch the children playing on the playground from the window without any worries.
“I have always wanted to try my hand at tennis. It is great that now it would be possible to play this sport near the house,” says Alina.
“It will also be a great opportunity for the children,” Vlad adds.
The couple admitted that it is difficult to put into words the feelings one has when entering one's own apartment.
“We do not have a sunny side, but the apartment is still very bright. The view from the window is very good,” they said.
The couple bought their new apartment using an installment plan: for them it was the best option that the builder offered:
“Paying in installments for your own housing is much more pleasant than paying for a rented apartment, because you know what you are paying for. We have calculated all the pros and cons and for us the installment payment was better than the loan.”
Comfort in the Alexandria house, like in other new houses in Minsk World, begins with the lobby. Here there is a concierge desk and a restroom with a changing table.
Natalya Turavinova also likes the fact that natural materials were used in the design of the lobby.
“It is so bright and cozy here. There is a lot of glass and light and no dark corridors and staircases,” she noted.
Natalya Turavinova put a lot of thought in choosing an apartment: she started thinking about this several years ago and studied the market carefully. She wanted to buy a brand new apartment, because she believes it is more pleasant to move in and furnish the apartment from scratch.
“I was choosing from several houses that fit my requirements. The location is perfect, it is not noisy here, and the metro is at hand. I will be able to park my car nearby and get to anywhere in the city easily,” Turavinova shared.
She did not want to buy an apartment on the sunny side, so she chose one that catches the sunlight only in the morning.
“I liked working with sales managers of the developer. A regional manager from Vitebsk Oblast called me back right after I had sent my application. We carefully selected the apartment, and she answered all my questions,” Natalya Turavinova said.
All you have to do now is redecorate the apartment, move in, and enjoy life in a comfortable area.
