MINSK, 1 October (BelTA) – On 30 September Belarus and Russia’s Novgorod Oblast signed an action plan for 2026-2028 to implement their cooperation agreement in trade, economy, science and technology, culture and social matters, BelTA learned from the press service of the Architecture and Construction Ministry.
During the fifth meeting of the Belarus-Novgorod Oblast working group, Belarusian Architecture and Construction Minister Aleksandr Studnev and First Deputy Governor of Novgorod Oblast Yevgeny Bogdanov discussed cooperation in economy and trade and reviewed the progress to implement the 2023-2026 roadmap. In addition to that, they exchanged views on completed joint projects in construction, agriculture, industry, and education. The meeting concluded with the development of concrete proposals for the future supply of goods and services.
