MINSK, 12 March (BelTA) - Chairman of the State Authority for Military Industry of the Republic of Belarus Dmitry Pantus held talks with Minister of Defense and Armed Forces Logistics of the Islamic Republic of Iran Aziz Nasirzadeh in Minsk on 12 March, BelTA learned from the State Authority for Military Industry.
The parties discussed current projects of military-technical cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and the Islamic Republic of Iran and outlined promising ways of its expansion. The high-ranking officials emphasized that it was necessary to intensify cooperation taking into account the scientific potential of the parties and modern challenges and threats.
The meeting made another step towards strengthening strategic relations between Tehran and Minsk and demonstrated the determination of the two countries to step up joint efforts in the interests of building an equal multipolar world.
