MINSK, 4 June (BelTA) – Belarus confirmed 1,183 new cases of COVID-19 in the past 24 hours; another 1,297 coronavirus patients were discharged from hospital, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Healthcare Ministry.
The nationwide coronavirus tally now stands at 398,052 cases. A total of 389,929 patients previously diagnosed with COVID-19 have recovered in Belarus.
As many as 2,892 COVID-19 patients have died since the infection outbreak in Belarus.
All in all, Belarus performed 6,394,155 tests, including 15,943 tests in the past 24 hours.
More than 575,500 Belarusians have already received the first dose of the vaccine and over 304,000 have already got both shots.
